Buying a room
 

Want a room? All you need to do is go to the homepage. Click and drag your cursor over any empty squares to choose the size of your room. After that, you'll have the option to expand your selection vertically or horizontally and then preview what your picture will look like when it's up. This way you can check and fine tune your choice as many times as you want before you're ready to get a room.

There's an "automatic ordering and payment system" in place, so after you've reserved your spot, no one else can take it. If you don't have your own pictures, there's a stock set of pictures that you can use at the purchase page. The selection is limited though, so I personally recommend finding or creating your own. Each square on the homepage is 10x10 pixels so if, for example, you wanted a room that was 3 squares by 3 squares (9 total), you'd want to make an image that was 30x30 pixels.
 

Payment

Paying is easy, secure and backed by PayPal, a trusted payment service in the Internet. Paypal is ideal for payments up to US$ 1000. Contact me for payments of more than US$ 1000 after you've placed your order.

Buy a room

Each square, or "room" on the homepage is 25 dollars. There are 10,000 rooms total, so when the orphanage is full, we'll have raised 250,000 dollars. You can buy as many rooms as you like, as long as there are still some available. When you purchase a room, you can display an image of your choice in the space you've purchased. After that, you can have the image link to your website, myspace, blog, or one of your favorite websites. No obscene or offensive images, links or descriptions are allowed though. Think of the children!
 

Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. Minimum Purchase: $25 USD (1 room - 10x10). Feel free to buy as many rooms as you like.
2. You are purchasing an advertisement on the main page lasting at least a year.
3. Images must be in GIF, or JPEG format AND not animated.
4. The website you link to in your image must begin with http://
5. Before confirming your purchase, you'll have the chance to preview your order so you can see what it'll look like. Pressing the Buy Now button confirms the purchase. Your order can't be changed after you have confirmed it, so make sure it's what you want.
6. After successful PayPal checkout, your spot will be reserved Then I'll verify your link, description and image.
7. Once your room is accepted and put on the main page, you can't be refunded.
8. No obscene/offensive/adult/illegal images/links/description will be accepted. Baba would never allow it. If your submission is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative image/description. If you cannot provide an alternative within two weeks, your room will go back up for sale without a refund.
9. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult/illegal material then your room will be removed, the space will become publicly available again, and you will not get a refund. Don't be a lochak!
10. You can request your image to be removed at any time but the space will become publicly available again and you won't be refunded.
11. Although your room will not be changed or removed under normal circumstances, I reserve the right to do so under exceptional circumstances such as a court order, lawsuit or public outcry. When a removal happens, the space will be publicly available and you won't be refunded.
12. You must have the legal right to use the image you provide for your room.
13. There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we promise to keep the downtime of the website to a minimum and it will only happen when switching servers or upgrading.
14. I promise not to sell or misuse any information that you give me.
15. When you purchase a room, you do not own any part of this homepage or this site. Your purchase grants you the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the main page in the respective space you have paid for.
